Abstract
This paper describes TriSmed Ergo, a PC-based software for the automatization of the Stress Test. This type of system has features such as low cost, high quality and accurate performance, portability, increased storage capacity and high computational speed. The all modules and the main functions and requirements of the software were explained. The effectiveness of the data structures implemented for receiving real-time data was proved. 40 cases were used to check the ECG analysis algorithms. The results are satisfactory compared with those obtained manually. TriSmed Ergo is part of a system that has been marketed since 2004 in over 15 countries and currently has more than 40 copies in operation. The software has multiple options that provide it with a highly configurable interface.
