Zusammenfassung

Das Blut kann vielfältige Krankheitsveränderungen aufzeigen. Bei Unfällen kann es zu einer Blutungsanämie kommen. Bei der Begutachtung von Berufskrankheiten müssen spezifische toxische Schäden von Erythro-, Leuko- und Thrombozyten geprüft werden. Strahlen- und Chemotherapien, Chemikalien und Medikamente verursachen Zytopenien. Gifte, eine große Zahl von Pharmaka sowie tropische Infektionskrankheiten (z. B. Malaria) können eine hämolytische Anämie auslösen. Mangelernährung bedingt spezifische Störungen der Blutbildung. Unfall- oder verletzungsbedingte Schädigungen der Milz verändern das Immunsystem.
