Abstract
Das Planungs- und Genehmigungsrecht ist für die Errichtung von Anlagen, die einer immissionsschutzrechtlichen Genehmigungspflicht unterliegen, von erheblicher Bedeutung, da ohne das Vorliegen der erforderlichen planungs- und genehmigungsrechtlichen Voraussetzungen die Errichtung und der Betrieb dieser Anlagen nicht zulässig sind. In der Praxis wird die Relevanz dieses Rechtsgebiets gleichwohl häufig unterschätzt.
