Zusammenfassung

Von Plazentationsstörungen spricht man, wenn eine fehlerhaft angelegte Plazenta im weiteren Verlauf Erkrankungen der Mutter nach sich zieht (Präeklampsie PE, schwangerschaftsinduzierte Hypertonie SIH, HELLP-Syndrom, vorzeitige Plazentalösung) und/oder der Fetus betroffen ist: intrauterine Wachstumsrestriktion (IUGR) und Plazentainsuffizienz sowie intrauteriner Fruchttod (IUFD).
