Zusammenfassung

Die transvaginale farbkodierte Dopplersonographie ist auch im 1. Trimenon der Schwangerschaft zur Beurteilung verschiedener physiologischer und pathologischer Zustände einsetzbar. Wie bei den meisten gynäkologischen Erkrankungen ist der Farbdoppler ein Zusatzbefund im Abklärungsmanagement, der nur im Kontext mit den klinischen Befunden interpretiert werden kann.
