Zusammenfassung

In der Pubertät vollzieht sich ein physischer und psychischer Wandel beim jungen Mädchen. Die sekundären Geschlechtsmerkmale – Brust, Schamhaare und Achselhaare – entwickeln sich, daneben kommt es zu einem beschleunigten Längenwachstum, zur Knochenentwicklung und zum Wechsel in der Körperzusammensetzung (Muskel-/ Fettverteilung).
