Zusammenfassung

Es gibt keinen Zweifel daran, dass gerade auf dem Gebiet der Operation von Mamma- und Genitaltumoren der wichtigste Prognosefaktor für eine Patientin der Operateur ist. Die richtige Indikation (»Indikation ist Wissenschaft, Operation ist Handwerk«) sowie die Erfahrung und Geschicklichkeit eines Operateurs wie auch das gesamte Umfeld ermöglichen eine individualisierte und stadiengerechte Operation.
