Zusammenfassung
Im Rahmen des vorliegenden Kap. 6 wird die Ebene der Gruppenprodukte vorgestellt und in ihren einzelnen Facetten erläutert. Dazu werden zunächst der Begriff der Gruppenprodukte innerhalb des Collaboration Engineerings definiert und anschließend aus der Definition zentrale Merkmale abgeleitet, die wiederum den Ausgangspunkt für die weiteren Betrachtungen innerhalb des Kapitels bilden. Daraufhin werden sowohl materielle als auch immaterielle Gruppenprodukte genauer erläutert. Im Zuge dieser Ausführungen werden zunächst materielle Gruppenprodukte vorgestellt, zudem wird aufgezeigt, auf welche Weise ein Collaboration Engineer die erforderlichen Eigenschaften der materiellen Produkte eines Kollaborationsprozesses bestimmen kann. Daneben erfolgen die Darstellung immaterieller Gruppenprodukte sowie deren Bedeutung für Kollaborationsprozesse. Anschließend werden unterschiedliche Messgrößen zur Bewertung der innerhalb eines Kollaborationsprozess erzeugten Gruppenprodukte erläutert und Möglichkeiten zu deren Erhebung aufgezeigt.
