Zusammenfassung
Vorgeschichte/Indikation: Bekanntes Nierenzellkarzinom seit 3 Jahren. Seit 3 Monaten zunehmende Schmerzen der unteren LWS, seit 1 Woche progrediente rechtseitige Fußheberparese, zuletzt Kraftgrad 2. Nachweis einer hypervaskularisierten pathologischen LWK 5-Fraktur mit rechtsbetonter intraspinaler Raumforderung und Kompression der Nervenwurzel L5 im MRT. Präoperativ erfolgte die komplikationslose angiografische Embolisation der Tumorgefäße. Der neurologische Status hat sich nach der Embolisation nicht weiter verschlechtert. Die schriftliche Einwilligung zu dem o.g. Eingriff liegt vor.
