Zusammenfassung
Vorgeschichte: Der Patient zog sich beim Snowboarden ein Hyperextensionstrauma der rechten Schulter zu. Die Indikation besteht bei persistierenden Schmerzen und dem V. a. auf eine Pulleyläsion in der MRT Untersuchung. Der Patient hat nach eingehender Risikoaufklärung schriftlich in das nachfolgende operative Vorgehen eingewilligt.
