Abstract
The chapter is devoted to management of business processes (BPM). Its role for telecommunications is analysed. In the same time, the role of infocommunications for organization and management of business processes of the general nature is discussed. Some other problems are discussed here, such as the processes of management of activity, peculiarities and main directions of development of infrastructure of information systems, the role of new system technologies of virtualization, service-oriented architecture (SOA), grid-mechanisms, and so on. The restrictions are analysed springing up under the management of business-processes.
