Zur Diagnostik der Regulationsstörungen

Zusammenfassung

Die Diagnostik von Regulationsstörungen dient dazu, erstens die Problematik des Kindes, der Eltern und der Beziehung zu erfassen und Ansatzpunkte für gezielte Interventionen zu erkennen und zweitens Ausgangswerte für eine spätere Therapie und Verlaufsevaluation zu schaff en. Diagnostische Bausteine sind immer das ausführliche anamnestische Erstgespräch, oft eine Videoaufzeichnung von Interaktionssequenzen zwischen Eltern und Kind, manchmal Verhaltensprotokolle wie Schrei-, Schlaf-, Füttertagebücher und Fremd- und Selbsteinschätzungen mittels Fragebögen und Interviews. Dieses Kapitel beschäftigt sich mit der Diagnostik von Regulationsstörungen im Allgemeinen, während die spezifi sche Diagnostik in den folgenden Kapiteln über einzelne Regulationsstörungen ( 7 Kap. 12 bis 18 ) erläutert wird.
