Abstract

Education for elderly people has acquired a growing relevance during the last decade. Elderly people represent a high percentage of the current population and require special education. This paper present a personal agent specifically designed to provide advanced interfaces for elderly people that can be executed on mobile devices. The agent is aimed at providing language learning facilities that con complement the traditional techniques. The mechanism has been initially tested for French language learning courses for elderly people. The preliminary results obtained are presented within this papers.
