Abstract

This paper has proposed the application of fuzzy PID control strategy in marine hydraulic crane. This crane has been applied in ships operating in the ocean, featuring the function of heave compensation. This paper presents the software and hardware structure of this control system, as well as the fuzzy PID control algorithm whose validity has been approved by emulation and simulation experiments.
