Abstract
Firstly, this paper analyzed the factors which affect our mobile payment by analytic hierarchy process and entropy value method. Secondly, we use the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate operating performance of the three companies in mobile payment. From the results of the evaluation, we know that the consumer level and economic level are the most important two factors. The operational performance of relevant enterprises in China is between middle and good. Mobile payment is still has much developing space in China.
