Zusammenfassung
In diesem Beitrag wird dargestellt, wie sich die Methode der Netzwerkanalyse für die Erfolgskontrolle beim Aufbau und Management von Kooperationen einsetzen lässt. Nach einer kurzen Erläuterung der Methode steht eine konkrete Netzwerkanalyse, durchgeführt im November 2006 für ein regionales Branchennetzwerk, im Mittelpunkt der Betrachtungen.
