Zusammenfassung
Wenn wir uns den Lissabonvertrag anschauen, so stellen wir fest, dass im Gegensatz zu der Beschäftigungspolitik die Lohnpolitik nicht Gegenstand des Vertrages ist. Im Art. 153(5) des AEU-Vertrages wird explizit festgeschrieben, dass Aspekte des Arbeitsentgelts, das Koalitionsrecht, das Streikrecht und das Aussperrungsrecht nicht in den Aufgabenbereich der Union fallen.
