Zusammenfassung
Dieser Beitrag stellt ein Verfahren vor, das die Voraussetzung für die gefäßbasierte Registrierung patientenindividueller, präoperativer 3D-Lebermodelle mit dem Operationssitus bildet. Aus intraoperativen 3D-Ultraschalldaten wird durch Methoden der Bildverarbeitung und -analyse ein attributierter relationaler Graph des aufgenommenen Gefäßsystems erstellt. Das Verfahren ist auf andere solide Weichteile wie die Nieren übertragbar. Mit der Evaluierung des Verfahrens in Phantom- und in-vivo-Experimenten soll der Nachweis der Machbarkeit der gefäßbasierten Registrierung für die computergestützte Navigation in der Viszeralchirurgie erbracht werden.
