Zusammenfassung

Die Marketingkommunikation ist einer der wesentlichen Gestaltungsparameter zum Aufbau einer Kundenbeziehung, sowohl im Industriellen als auch im Consumer-Marketing. “Industrial marketing communications are a mix of personal and impersonal communications aimed at the industrial buyer. They include personal selling, catalogues, and product literature, advertising direct mail, trade shows, publicity and public relations, and promotional novelties and gifts.” (Webster 1991, 284) im folgenden Beitrag soll nur ein Medium, die Kundenzeitschrift, genauer beleuchtet werden.
