Zusammenfassung
Netzbasierte Interaktion und Kommunikation zwischen Weiterbildungsteilnehmern kann das Online-Lernen attraktiver machen. Damit kooperative Lernprozesse zu erfolgreichem Lernen führen, bedarf es einer sorgfältigen Qualitätsentwicklung für Instruktionsdesign, Technologie, Vorbereitung und Durchführung. Der vorliegende Beitrag beschreibt auf der Basis von empirischen Erfahrungen mit dem kooperativen netzbasierten Lernen in der beruflichen Weiterbildung, welche Einflussfaktoren eine maßgebliche Rolle spielen, wie kooperative Lernprozesse evaluiert und verbessert werden und wie Autoren und Tutoren selbst für die Qualitätssicherung sorgen können.
