  • Wie weit ist der Tumor lokal fortgeschritten?

  • Besteht eine Lymphknoten- oder sogar eine Fernmetastasierung?

  • Um welche Tumorentität (kleinzelliges oder nichtkleinzelliges Bronchialkarzinom) handelt es sich?

  • Wie ist die funktionelle Reserve des Patienten?

  • Wie ist das allgemeine Operationsrisiko?
