Zusammenfassung

Definition und Klassifizierung. Als Spontanpneumothorax wird eine Luftansammlung im Pleuraraum (mit Kompression des Lungenparenchyms) in Folge eines Defektes der Pleura visceralis bezeichnet, die ohne erkennbare Gewalteinwirkung (direktes oder indirektes Trauma) entstanden ist.
