Zusammenfassung
Das Kapitel fokussiert zunächst auf das im Zusammenhang mit Symptomchronifizierung häufige Problem der mangelnden Bereitschaft zur regelmäßigen Medikamenteneinnahme, stellt hierzu therapeutische Interventionen dar und verdeutlicht dann Grundlagen, Vorgehen und Wirksamkeit spezifischer Interventionen zur Behandlung von chronischem Wahn und chronischen Halluzinationen im Rahmen des Modells der Kognitiven Verhaltenstherapie. Etwa 20–30% aller an einer schizophrenen Erkrankung leidenden Patienten weisen eine mehr oder weniger ausgeprägte wahnhafte oder halluzinatorische Restsymptomatik auf.
