Zusammenfassung
Vom Magenstumpfkarzinom sind die meist mit kürzerer Latenz entstehenden gastralen Tumorrezidive nach subtotaler Gastrektomie wegen eines distalen Magenkarzinoms abzugrenzen, da sie sich pathogenetisch wie primäre Magenkarzinome verhalten und sich diesbezüglich vom eigentlichen Magenstumpfkarzinom unterscheiden.
