➲ Der wichtigste Prognosefaktor beim operierten Magenkarzinom ist die komplette intra- und extraluminäre Tumorresektion (R0-Resektion). Dabei muss zwischen dem luminalen und dem extraluminalen Resektionsausmaß unterschieden werden.
