Zusammenfassung

Bisher wurde ausschließlich stationäres Gewebe betrachtet. Das entspricht aber in vielen Fällen nicht den praktischen Gegebenheiten. Der Patient bewegt sich während einer Datenakquisition, und das führt zu Inkonsistenzen in Phase und Amplitude der Transversalmagnetisierung. Im Ergebnis dessen entstehen unscharfe Bilder mit Geisterartefakten [1]. In diesem Kapitel sollen Verfahren besprochen werden, die diese Artefakte minimieren können. Natürlich kann auch die Bewegung selbst Gegenstand einer MR-Untersuchung sein, wie zum Beispiel Bewegungsstudien des Herzens [2]. Ein Überblick über Verfahren zur Analyse von Bewegungsabläufen bei gleichzeitiger Artefaktunterdrückung findet sich in Abschn. 7.2.
