Abstract
Play and listen on internet. Write a story accompanied by a famous author of children’s books. Draw a decoration and experience an exciting, interactive and dynamic game. This seems quite a bit. In TypoToons and TattleToons, everything is possible! In co-operation with the Dutch TV-station VPRO, IJs-fontein Interactive Media has delivered a renewed and interactive concept for children. It features a new concept of participation between the audience and the creators of TV shows. This as a contrast to the passive role the viewer has had in the past. It enables the children to become in a interactive way co-writer to a scenario. Both Projects present a circular ensemble between different platforms. It spans the Internet, television and games. The programmes involves children interactively in playing with language, stories and fantasy, in making a WEB and a television programme.
