Zusammenfassung

Die Verdachtsdiagnose des Vorliegens einer bestimmten Gruppe von Herzerkrankungen (Herzklappenfehler, Koronarerkrankungen) kann oft schon nach einer exakt erhobenen Anamnese gestellt werden. In wenigen ganz charakteristischen Fällen wird sogar nach alleiniger Exploration der Krankengeschichte eine sichere Diagnose geäußert werden können. Auf die Technik einer allgemeinen Anamneseerhebung soll an dieser Stelle nicht eingegangen werden, vielmehr soll auf die für den Herzpatienten tpyischen Angaben hingewiesen werden.
