Zusammenfassung

Die Reduktion der Vor- und Nachlast bei myokardialer Dysfunktion durch ACE-Inhibitoren, AT1Rezeptor-lnhibitoren und Vasodilatatoren, evtl. ergänzt durch Diuretika, bessert v.a. indirekt die Förderleistung des Herzens. In Abhängigkeit vom Schweregrad der myokardialen Schädigung kann es zusätzlich erforderlich sein, direkt die Inotropie des Herzmuskels zu steigern. Dabei muss unterschieden werden zwischen der Notwendigkeit einer evtl. Akutintervention sowie einer möglichen Langzeittherapie.
