Der persistierende Ductus arteriosus ist eine angeborene Gefäßanomalie, bei der es sich um eine Kommunikation zwischen Aorta und Pulmonalarterie, somit um eine arteriovenöse Fistel zwischen Körper- und Lungenkreislauf, handelt.
