Zusammenfassung

Etwa 8-10% aller Schwangerschaften werden durch einen vorzeitigen Blasensprung am Termin kompliziert. Für die Diagnose eines vorzeitigen Blasensprungs haben sich neben gängigen Untersuchungsverfahren wie dem Nitrazintest biochemische Tests etabliert, die das fetale Fibronektin oder das IGF-bindende Protein im Fruchtwasser nachweisen.
