Zusammenfassung
Unter einem Schädel-Hirn-Trauma versteht man eine vorübergehende oder dauerhafte Schädigung des Gehirns als Folge der Einwirkung eines stumpfen oder penetrierenden Traumas. In der klinischen Untersuchung wirken sich traumatische Einwirkungen im Sinne einer reversiblen oder dauerhaften Funktionsstörung des Gehirns aus. Das Trauma kann morphologisch sowohl nicht nachweisbare als auch sichtbare Veränderungen zur Folge haben, die primär mit einer Computertomographie dargestellt werden.
