Zusammenfassung
In Teil I wurden Anatomie, Biomechanik, verschiedene Läsionsformen und Diagnostik der vorderen und hinteren Schulterinstabilität besprochen. In diesem 2.Teil wird die akute Therapie der Luxation besprochen. Ferner werden verschieden Operationsverfahren und ihre speziellen Indikationen dargestellt. Zusätzlich veranschaulichen Algorithmen die Behandlung der Erstluxation, bei chronischer vorderer und bei der hinteren Instabilität.
