Zusammenfassung
In der vorliegenden Arbeit wurde ein aktives Konturmodell (Active Contour Model, ACM) für die semi-automatische Segmentierung relevanter Strukturen in medizinischen Bilddaten für die Therapieplanung implementiert. Eine vorgegebene Initialkontur, die innerhalb des zu segmentierenden Organs platziert wird, dehnt sich dreidimensional aus, bis sie durch Kanten in den Bilddaten gestoppt wird. Lücken in den Bilddaten werden durch eine Glattheitsbedingung ausgeglichen. Eine Änderung der Topologie der Kontur während der Ausdehnung wird durch ein Reparametrisierungsverfahren ermöglicht, der verwendete Algorithmus beruht auf dem von Mclnerney und Terzopoulos
