Zusammenfassung
Rhinologika werden lokal zur symptomatischen Linderung der behinderten Nasenatmung bei Nasenschleimhautentzündungen eingesetzt. Die weitaus größte Gruppe bilden die schleimhautabschwellenden Sympathomimetika mit fast 60% der Verordnungen. Bei allergischer Rhinitis kommen Antiallergika und Glucocorticoide in Frage.
