Zusammenfassung

Die seit Jahren rückläufige Verordnung der Koronarmittel hat sich auch 2003 fortgesetzt. Standardmittel für die Kupierung des akuten Angina-pectoris-Anfalls ist weiterhin Glyceroltrinitrat. Mengenmäßig bedeutsamer ist die Verordnung der Langzeitnitrate Isosorbiddinitrat (ISDN) und Isosorbidmono-nitrat (ISMN) sowie Molsidomin zur symptomatischen antianginösen Dauer-therapie. Pentaerythrityltetranitrat (PETN) wird insbesondere in den neuen Bundesländern eingesetzt.
