Zusammenfassung
Der seit 1996 rückläufige Verordnungstrend der Gynäkologika hat sich 2003 erneut fortgesetzt. Von dem Rückgang betroffen sind vor allem Antiinfektiva, Ovulationsauslöser und UterusmitteL Leicht zugenommen haben die östro-genhaltigen Vaginaltherapeutika, was vermutlich mit der Umstellung der Hormonersatztherapie infolge der Ergebnisse der WHI-Studie in Zusammenhang steht. Ebenfalls zugenommen haben pflanzliche Gynäkologika, deren Wirksamkeit ungenügend belegt ist.
