Zusammenfassung

Sowohl beim Betrieb als auch bei der Nutzung von Cloud-Diensten ist die Einrichtung geeigneter Management-Verfahren unerlässlich. Leistungen müssen beschrieben, erbracht und abgerechnet werden. Um Skalierbarkeit und Zuverlässigkeit der Dienste zu erreichen, kommen automatisierte Prozesse zum Einsatz. Sicherheitsfragen und Risikobetrachtungen spielen insbesondere beim Auslagern von Diensten aus dem lokalen Kontext in die Public Cloud eine große Rolle. Dieses Kapitel beschäftigt sich mit den Aspekten des Cloud-Managements.
