Zusammenfassung

Cloud Computing ist auch deshalb attraktiv, weil es die Komplexität der Informationstechnologie vor Nutzern und Entwicklern verbirgt. Man muss nicht im Einzelnen wissen, wie ein Dienst generiert wird und es ist die Aufgabe des Dienstleisters, eine entsprechende Abstraktionsschicht bereitzustellen. Dieses Kapitel gibt einen Überblick über Technologien, auf denen Cloud Computing basiert. Dabei handelt es sich um Virtualisierung, Serviceorientierte Architekturen (SOA) und Web Services.
