Zusammenfassung

Beschäftigt man sich mit dem Widerruf der Approbation nach Durchführung eines Strafverfahrens gegen einen Arzt, so stechen zwei Dinge ins Auge:

Zum einen scheint es, als würden unzählige Strafverfahren zum Abschluss gebracht, ohne dass sich Arzt und Anwalt über die Bedeutung für die Approbation im Klaren sind. Zum andern legen die Verwaltungsgerichte bei der Reinhaltung des Berufsstandes der Ärzte harte Bandagen an. Die Voraussetzungen des Widerrufs sind gemessen an den existenzvernichtenden Folgen gering.
