Zusammenfassung
In der Therapie rezidivierender Blutungsstörungen hat sich die Endometriumablation mehr und mehr etabliert. Neben den traditionellen elektrochirurgischen und Laserablations- verfahren drängen immer mehr neue Geräte auf den Markt, wobei sich die Frage stellt, welchen Stellenwert haben diese Methoden der 2. Generation. Auch hier sollten gleiche Indikationskriterien gelten.Vor- und Nachteile der Methoden müssen kritisch abgewogen werden.
