Pressure Sensors in the Pressure Range 0-300 bar for Oil Pressure Applications — Directly in the Oil Media

  • Conference paper

Part of the book series: VDI-Buch ((VDI-BUCH))

Abstract

This paper will focus on pressure sensors which measures the pressure directly in the oil media, like CVT (continuos variable transmissions) applications, by using piezo resistive sensor chips with 48 bit EPROM trimming technology, all in one chip solution, integrated EMI filter and a special double diaphragm package. So the sensor can remain directly in the oil area.
