Abstract
This paper puts forward a detailed design of Error Handing and Controlling Protocol (EHCP) on the basis of Micro Payment Transaction Protocol (MPTP) used by China Mobile and the frame design of EHCP. Messages sending and receiving among three parties in the payment system is described. Finally, the analysis illustrates that our protocol achieves the goals of high security, fairness and efficiency.
