Abstract
There are a variety of possible complications of face-lift surgery. The surgeon should be well aware of all the possible risks and know how to prevent them or make an early diagnosis in order to treat the complication in time. This may reduce tissue damage compared to a late diagnosis. The author discusses asymmetry, bleeding, dehiscence, dog ear, ear deformities, edema, hair loss, hematoma, infection, irregularities, necrosis, neurological, pain, pigmentation changes, salivary fistula, scar, and seroma.
