Zusammenfassung
Einleitung Die Knochenszintigraphie zählt seit über 40 Jahren zu den häufigsten Untersuchungen in der Nuklearmedizin, auch wenn zugestanden wird, dass CT und v. a. MRT zu einer Reduktion der Nachfrage beigetragen haben (s. Literatur auf DVD 12.1]). Durch die Entwicklung von SPECT gab es eine gewisse Gegenbewegung: Knochentumoren, Fieber unklarer Genese, infektiöse und inflammatorische Erkrankungen, deren Ursache anderweitig nicht abklärbar ist, sind Indikationsspektrum der Szintigraphie mit 99m Tc-markierten Antigranulozyten-Antikörpern (Immunszintigraphie) [12.2].
