Zusammenfassung
Dieser Beitrag fasst Ergebnisse einer empirischen Untersuchung des internationalen wissenschaftlichen Wissensnetzwerks, des „European-Southeast Asian University Network in Engineering “ zusammen, die den Interaktionsprozess zwischen den Partnern dieses Netzwerks sowie weiteren Universitäten und (heterogenen) Partnern aus der Wirtschaft untersucht. Es wird ein Konzept entwickelt, das Universitäten befähigt, die Voraussetzungen für verbesserte Interaktionen mit der Industrie zu schaffen. Ein Vergleich der Ziele, Interaktionsinstrumente und Hindernisse von Universitäts-Industrie-Interaktionen in Ländern der Europäischen Union (EU) und der Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) ermöglicht es, diejenigen Einflussfaktoren zu identifizieren, die als länder- oder regionenspezifische Elemente in ein generell anwendbares Konzept integriert sein müssen.
