Zusammenfassung
Die meisten Patientinnen mit einem in das Cavum peritonei metastasierten Karzinom des Genitales versterben mit dem klinischen Bild eines Ileus. Dies gilt insbesondere für das Ovarial-, Tuben- und Peritonealkarzinom. Dabei besteht ein chronischer Subileus meist über mehrere Wochen bis Monate und ein voll ausgeprägter Ileus über wenige Wochen. Während Subileusbeschwerden vor der Primäroperation eines Karzinoms der Adnexe häufig als Folge einer Rektum- oder Sigma-Infiltration bestehen, handelt es sich im terminalen Stadium mit Peritonealkarzinose meist um einen Dünndarmileus.
