Zusammenfassung
Unter den gestationsbedingten Trophoblasterkrankungen (GTE) werden Blasenmolen, invasive Blasenmolen und Chorionkarzinome sowie Plazentabetttumoren verstanden. GTE sind durch eine abnorme Proliferation von Trophoblastgewebe charakterisiert und leiten sich vom fetalen Gewebe ab. Die Blasenmole ist bei weitem die häufigste GTE und prinzipiell benigne. Nach Entfernung der Blasenmolenschwangerschaft tritt in >80 % der Fälle Heilung ein. Beim Rest kommt es jedoch zum Auftreten einer persistierenden oder invasiven Mole (8–15 %) oder zur Ausbildung eines Chorionkarzinoms (5 %), worunter die eigentlichen malignen Trophoblasttumoren verstanden werden. Bei partiellen Blasenmolen liegt das Risiko einer malignen Entartung deutlich geringer (1–3 %) als bei der häufigeren kompletten Blasenmole. Es handelt sich dann fast ausschließlich um invasive Molen und nur höchst selten um Chorionkarzinome (Seckl et al. 2000).
