Zusammenfassung
Der Begriffdes Betriebs- oder Arbeitsklimas ist in der Praxis weit verbreitet. In Stellenanzeigen wird häufig mit dem guten Betriebsklima geworben, und trifft man einen ehemaligen Arbeitskollegen, so wird eine der ersten Fragen lauten, wie denn das Klima im neuen Betrieb sei (Schramm, 2003). Was aber ist unter dem Begriff Klima in diesem Zusammenhang genau zu verstehen? Wie lässt sich dieser Begriff von einem anderen Begriff , der in den letzten Jahren immer häufiger verwendet wird – dem der Organisationskultur – abgrenzen? Und wozu sind diese Begriffe überhaupt gut?
