Zusammenfassung
In der Therapie des Schocks (Hämorrhagie, ► Kap. 21; Verbrennungstrauma, ► Kap. 72; Sepsis, ► Kap. 63 und Anaphylaxie, ► Kap. 83) und bei der Therapie kritisch kranker Patienten ist der Wert einer schnellen und effektiven Volumentherapie unumstritten. Durch Erhalt und Wiederherstellung des notwendigen Plasmavolumens verbessert man die Organperfusion und erhält die notwendige Mikrozirkulation [1].
